Chelsea Raschke

Chelsea Raschke is a senior in Journalism & Electronic Media at the University of Tennessee and has worked with the Tennessee Journalist since the spring of 2011. Her other academic interests include Spanish, Theater, and Cinema Studies.

Chelsea was born in Chicago but now calls Knoxville home. An alumna of Knoxville's West High School, she has had a passion for journalism for years, having worked as a section editor on her high school's newspaper. Chelsea was also involved with the Youth in Government Press Corps in Nashville and hopes to build her journalistic and cinematic abilities further to become a producer or an editor.

In her free time, Chelsea likes to travel, go to concerts, and learn how to speak any language. Her favorite city is Chicago, Kristen Wiig is her idol, and she is a proud computer geek.
